8 oz Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
3 Eggs, hard boiled (cooled and diced)
1/4 cup Onion, diced
1/4 cup Celery, diced
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
2 cups John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni, stirring occasionally until it’s cooked al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water until cooled then put into a large salad bowl. Toss the pasta with the eggs, onion, celery and green bell pepper then add the John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
