1 cup John’s Famous® Angel Hair Slaw Dressing
2 medium Apples unpeeled, cored, quartered and sliced very thin
2 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
3 cups shredded Red Cabbage
2 cups shredded Green Cabbage
3/4 cup dried Cranberries
3/4 cup toasted Pecan halves
Salt and Pepper

Toss apples with lemon juice, shredded cabbage and dried cranberries. Add the John’s Famous® Angel Hair Slaw Dressing and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste then mix in pecans. Refrigerate and then toss again before serving. Enjoy!
