2 slices – Rye Bread
2 ounces – Corned Beef or Pastrami (thinly sliced)
2 ounces – Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup – Sauerkraut (drained very well)
1 1/2 to 2 ounces – John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing
1 tablespoon – Butter
Butter one side of each piece of bread, turn them over and then evenly spread the John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing on the other side of both pieces. Place the corned beef on one piece of bread on top of the dressing and top it with the sauerkraut and then the Swiss cheese. Place the other piece of bread dressing side down on top of the cheese and place sandwich in a skillet on medium to medium-high heat and cook until golden brown on the first side, flip and cook until it is golden brown (and the cheese has melted) on the second side. Enjoy!
